Restyling in Villa
Cristina Colla Atelier Project
A project that we have followed in its evolutions, in its changes dictated by new needs and habits over the years, a house in constant movement.
We are in a large villa, in the Alessandria countryside, immersed in an articulated open space.
The inspiration that has guided us in these years is the personality of the owners and their passion for furniture and design. We have established a special relationship with them, based on a perfect creative harmony.
On the ground floor we have created a custom-made boiserie to cover the wall that separates the living area from the study and the bathroom, integrating the doors and a large wardrobe service to guests
In this case, the contractors were the client for whom we carried out the project and the project management.
Standard and custom-made furnishings, ceramics and sanitary ware are provided by Colla Arredi.
Design
This villa reflects the owners’ love and passion for design, for timeless furnishings, those that have marked the history of interior design.
Here we find objects such as the Louisiana armchair designed by De Padova, designed by Vico Magistretti, the Tripode lamp by Santa&Cole and the smoked oak furniture SC16 by De Padova.
All the furnishings are perfectly integrated within an environment that follows a very precise fil-rouge, outlined by a clear and bright base.
The last realization: The Bathroom
The bathroom is one of the last works carried out by the Atelier for this project.
The absolute protagonist is the Sen series by Agape, a perfect combination of oriental spirit and western technology, alongside design objects such as the column washbasin from the Vieques collection, also signed by Agape and designed by designer Patricia Urquiola.
The environment has been finished with light-coloured mosaics by the brand Casa dolce casa – Casamood, in which elegance and creativity find a perfect balance.
Colour
Speaking of restyling, we can’t not talk about color.
For this villa we have studied different combinations, choosing and integrating the external lights.
To complete the project, we also took care of the “green” aspect of the house, taking care of the choice of plants.
